Subscription Terms – JO.ai

These Subscription Terms govern paid plans and trials for JO.ai (Job Order AI), the AI-powered hotel operations platform operated by ICITECH Teknoloji A.Ş. They supplement our Terms & Conditions at https://hijo.ai/en/terms-and-conditions/.

1. Plans

Free tier: Limited users and features for small teams, as shown at https://hijo.ai/en/pricing/.

Paid plans: Monthly or annual billing for additional users, departments, reporting, and support. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page at checkout.

Mobile subscriptions: In-app purchases on iOS/Android may be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms in addition to these Subscription Terms.

2. Free trial

Where offered, a free trial provides full or partial access without charge for the stated period. We notify you before the trial ends. We do not charge you at trial end without explicit subscription confirmation.

3. Billing

Fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle. Payment is processed via our payment provider (e.g. RevenueCat, app stores, or invoice for enterprise). We do not store raw card numbers on JO.ai servers.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send reminders where required by applicable law.

5. Price changes

We provide at least 30 days’ notice before price changes take effect on renewal.

6. Cancellation

Cancel via in-app subscription settings, your app store account, or by emailing app@icitech.com.tr with subject “Subscription Cancellation — JO.ai”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then. Pro-rata refunds are not provided except where required by law.

7. Refunds

Contact app@icitech.com.tr with subject “Refund Request — JO.ai” within 14 days of a charge. EEA/UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

8. Data after cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically delete hotel operational data. See https://hijo.ai/en/data-deletion/ for account and data deletion requests.
