# JO.ai AI Provider Disclosure

JO.ai uses artificial intelligence for task routing, prioritization, summaries, and operational alerts. This page discloses third-party AI providers used in the product.

**1. Purpose**

Hotels using JO.ai should inform staff that operational data submitted to the platform may be processed by AI tools configured by ICITECH Teknoloji to deliver automation features.

**2. Current AI providers**

**3. What data may be sent**

Task titles, descriptions, department labels, status updates, and related operational text needed to generate assignments, summaries, or alerts. We do not intentionally send payment card data to AI providers.

**4. Training**

Per provider API policies, business API inputs are not used to train general models by default. ICITECH configures providers accordingly for production use.

**5. GDPR transfers**

For EEA/UK customers, transfers may rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and vendor DPAs. Hotels remain controllers for operational data they enter; ICITECH acts as processor.

**6. Data subject requests**

Hotel employees: contact your employer first. For platform account data or routing assistance: **app@icitech.com.tr** — subject “AI Provider — JO.ai”.
