# Data Deletion Request

**JO.ai mobile app & account data**

## 1. Who can use this page

This page explains how hotel staff and account holders can request deletion of personal data processed through the **JO.ai** mobile application and related services operated by ICITECH Teknoloji.

The marketing website at https://hijo.ai does not create a product account by itself. Data deletion requests apply to app accounts and operational data stored for your property.

## 3. How to request deletion

Send an email to **app@icitech.com.tr** from your work address with:

1. Your full name and hotel / company name
2. The email or phone number associated with your JO.ai account
3. Whether you request deletion of your user profile, property data, or both
4. Confirmation that you understand some records may be retained where required by law (billing, security logs)

We respond within the timelines required by applicable law (including GDPR and KVKK where they apply).
